I'm in love with Daniel Lavoie! 7月4日 转自Royal1.永远不要告诉我"曾经努力过就可以了,要注重过程".我不接受这种劝戒,那是懦夫的自我安慰,只要我决定去做一件事情,就一定要成功.

It could make sense to get a degree in the sciences or humanities first Even at the age of 17, when college brochures began filling her mailbox, Maggie Hsu knew she wanted an MBA. Conventional wisdom told Hsu she should major in business. But after speaking with her family and touring campuses, she made an unconventional decision and enrolled at Harvard University -- as a biology major. A business degree would have put her on the fast track to a job in banking or finance, but her interests lay elsewhere. "There's only so much you can learn studying accounting," Hsu says. Advertisement In the eyes of administrators at many elite universities, Hsu made the right move. An undergraduate business degree makes sense for students intent on launching a business career immediately. But for a student with sights set on an MBA, a degree in the sciences or liberal arts may be more valuable. In fact, colleges such as Harvard, Dartmouth, and Columbia don't even offer an undergraduate major in business for just that reason. Yet many students think a business major is the necessary first step on the road to an MBA. Of the nearly 22,000 business majors who responded to the BusinessWeek survey, 48% said they planned to get an MBA within five years. Time for a reality check: Only 19% of students at BusinessWeek's Top 10 MBA programs have a bachelor's degree in business. Once a technical degree like law or medicine that students got right after college, the MBA morphed into something new 20 years ago when schools began requiring applicants to have extensive work experience. With that change, the MBA began focusing on soft skills such as communication and leadership in addition to business basics, making the undergraduate degree an attractive shortcut into the business world. But it left many without the more rounded education necessary for business success. "[Companies] want to be sure that a potential hire can have conversations on subjects other than finance," says Meredith Daw, associate director for employer relations at the University of Chicago. Less is More Another problem with using the undergraduate business degree as a stepping stone to the MBA is that it duplicates much of what students will encounter in grad school. Many classes students take as undergraduates, such as economics, accounting, and statistics, are also required for the master's. Some MBA programs allow students who have already taken these to substitute with electives. But few students do, believing they'll miss out on all-important networking. Explains Paul Danos, dean of Dartmouth College's Tuck School of Business: "MBA programs aren't designed for people who have a lot of formal business training." Many "eventual MBAs" major in business in part because they believe it will guarantee them a job at graduation. But a few business courses would work just as well. Plenty of business majors at top schools, from 50% to 90%, have job offers by graduation. But consider the alternative. At Northwestern University, one school official estimates that 80% of students enrolled in one business-focused minor go straight into business positions. Says Mark Witte, director of Northwestern's undergraduate economics program: "Students overweigh what they think a major will do for them." So if you're looking for a job in accounting or marketing, an undergraduate business degree will get you where you want to be. But if you aspire to get an MBA, consider a path that includes some humanities, a smattering of economics, and a little patience. "If a child of mine wanted to be a business leader someday," Danos says, "there's absolutely no doubt this is the advice I would give." It may seem circuitous, but give it time and you'll come out ahead. 6月5日 So Donald Trump either hires me, or I'm gonna be his competitions!Kendra is without doubt one of the most amazing born businesswoman in the world. The ApprenticeTo simply have energy is not enough. But one needs depth and broadness of mind as well as speech to attract, amaze, and inspire others to be a successful leader. A proper education with profound experiences makes one meet the standard. Be loyal.
5月17日 About men朋友说:"男人是100%需要女人的;女人比男人有魄力,坚强,但还是需要男人的." 我也第一次看到一个男人把“家庭、贞操、忠诚和责任”作为原则。My heart and mind had been, or I thought so, completely closed to men. I didn't trust them at all when it came to relationships. But now I think I am wrong to think every man is a playboy. Some of them can be honest, loyal and responsible.I hope I am not blind. But should I open my eyes?
Une chanson francaise (法语)
Je n'aurais pas du venir
J'aurais du savoir mentir
Ne laisser que ton sourire
Vivre dans mer souvenirs
J'aurais du laisser l'espoir
Adoucir les au revoir
Ce train qui s'en va
C'est un peu de moi
Qui part, qui part
Je savais que ce serai
Difficile mais je pensais
Que je saurais te cacher
Le plus grand de mes secrets
Mais a quoi bon te mentir
C'est dur de te voir partir
Et avant que ne coule une larme
Dans ton sourire qui me desarme
Je cherche un peu de reconfort
Dans tes bras je veux me blottir
Pour mieux garder le souvenir
De toute la chaleur de ton corps. The Apprentice 5 6 7Stand Up For Yourself
1`Never look disappointed and hopeless as a leader. Desperation is not a CEO's quality.
2`Compliments are important for team members. Thus, Nick shows impressive leadership.
3`Heidi is not calm enough.
4`Nick desires victory in his heart, but he doesn't put much pressure on the members. For all day long they are happy even if they starts in bad weather. Their goal for the day is to sell all out. Well, this is not hard for those brains. They win.
5`Fight for yourself. Krista is not tough enough to be a good leader.
Know What You're Up Against
1`Don't fell someone is tough and scary. Anyone is accessable though communication, cassual preferraby, which breaks the way.
2`I think Troy is a genius of ideas and negociation.
3`Tammy's brain is running fast for new ideas in negociation, but her ideas are not as stellar as those of Troy, and are missing the point sometimes.
4`Omarosa is rude! But she's frank and she's telling the truth all the time. Only it's not a good thing to think others so badly.
5`Heidi can endure Omarosa's insults and says Omarosa is great; but after Omarosa choses her to remain in the court room. she turns to say she hates her. If there is anyone with serious preblems of character, it's Jessie. She is the weakest with negociation and she is the most disnoest. I hate her.
God is in the details!
1`Amy says Omarosa is calling meeting in the middle of action to address what they should od is what they are doing.
2`Tammy is not bold enough to ask for a high price. Don't stamble at concerns, Tammy!
3`Omarosa is playing basketball with kids in the street when her team is arduously wroking for their victory.
4`After Heidi finds out her mother's sickness, she eases her pain by working hard, talking with others and being strong. Omarosa is fussing about a stupid bump on her head!
5`Katrina is beautiful and confident about her expertise. I like her.
6`I'm disappointed in Tammy.
The Apprentice 4A Deal's A Deal.
The fourth task is to help Planet Hollywood profit more than same time last year.
1`Bill is good with encouragements. By rewarding generously, he makes the staff on top of spirit. That's precious.
2`Focus on what you promise your customers. If you say there are happy hours in Planet Hollywood, give them the happy hours inside. Never let your customers down.
3`People do deals with those they like: the golf course is a great place making your business partner like you.
4`Never cheat your customers; and be careful not to leave wrong impressions even if they may be good ones. People would like to trust those with whom they do deals with. Kwame makes a mistakes by giving out KwameJackson signatures: if he doesn't mean to cheat, then the idea of giving out a nobody's signature is stupid.
5`Nick is not participating ethusiastically if things don't go his way.
6`Potential, Potential, Potential. Don't show too much of yourself at a time but keep improving so that you have something new to show everytime.
7`I really like Tammy up to now. She is not the most good-looking. However, she's not using her body to work but using her brain. She does the right thing at the right time, even though there are great risks ahead. She focuses on the job and business, which makes her less likely to be disturbed by too much emotions. 5月16日 The Apprentice 2 3Sam takes risks, but some of the risks are absurd and stupid. He is tough-minded with very clear and strong goals, but he makes me sick by showing his desire so obviously. When Trump says their next task is about jets, Sam smiles; from the smile, I can see that he really enjoys to hit it big.
The second task is to advertise for a card of private jets.
1`Failure is not an option.
2`Communcate with the boss directly and whenever possible.
3`Tammy's picturing the jets men's special is both creative and disgusting. The design captures precisely what men desire as well as what is men's weakest point. But I personally would prefer to see something elegant. Admittedly, it's the 大俗 and 大雅 that's memorable. However, the elegant creates feelings of inaccessibility, which loses potential customers.
4`Sam is egoistic. When he's not in thelead and doesn't like the way things work, he falls asleep!
5`Girls are more easy to cheer themselves up; they simply dress-up like air-hostesses before the presentation!
6`Be enthusiastic! Take risks!
THE GIRLS ARE THE WINNERS!
The third task is to bargain: they need to buy 10 things at the lowest price.
1`Women take grudges.
2`Girls are better with the art of deal. At least, they can always dot on themselves(?).
3`Sam is wild, but too wild that he's spliting the team. I think Trump does like him.
THE GIRLS ARE THE WINNERS!
Trump says he is not hiring any man again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Apprentice 1Location Location Location
The 16 candidates are divided into two groups, the girl group and the boy group. The first task is to sell lemonade: the one that makes the most money wins.
1` Ereka is the group leader of the first task. She is Italien, and she is too emotion and thus irrational to be a leader. Like Donald Trump says it's business not personal.
2` The girls don't consent or compromise for the team's sake. When a boy has a bad idea (for example one picks seafood market to sell lemonade), the others do if as long as they don't have better ideas; but even when a girl has a good idea, other don't do it if it doesn't go with their mind.
3`Tammy is selfish. She can't take up the tough work of standing in the street. She even spends the money available for the project for her own comfort. The way she sells the lemonade is what morons do to sell. Yelling don't always work. She's not using her brain. But the girls are very impressive to use what's blessed for women: they can sell one-dollar lemonades for the price of 20 dollars! Sex sell is not that bad.
4`The boys are better than girls in the way that they get the cups and paper for FREE!
5`The boys are more humorous in the selling.
6` Both leaders of the teams don't win the teams' respect.
7`Sam is too rash to try sell the lemonade for 1000 dollars without a good story. He also doesn't focus on what's currently doing but minds too much Donald Trump: what he thinks Trump would do and what he would consider impressive.
8`Troy is not a good leader after all because his team fails, but he is a good listener and he doesn't give up easily: he encourages his team and leads the team to earn more money in the last minite.
THE GIRLS ARE THE WINNERS!
The girls have successfully combined sense and sensibility.
David, the one that gets the most education, is the one that gets most early kicked out.
I'll spread my wings
and I'll learn how to fly
I'll do what it takes
till I touch the sky
I'll
make a wish, take a chance, make a change
and
breakaway
Out of the darkness
and into the sky
I won't forget all the ones that I love
I'll
make a wish, take a risk, make a change
and
breakaway
Bien faire et laisser dire.
